Orders and Payments

Ping and Sassy currently accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, American Express, Pay Later and PayPal. All payments will appear on your credit/debit card statement as "Ping and Sassy LLC" except on PayPal which will show up as "PINGANDSASS".

For credit and debit card payments click debit or credit card and enter your card details and billing zip code along with contact number and email.

Please note that if you do not have a Pay Later or PayPal account you can create one at checkout. After you’ve been directed to the PayPal page, simply click enter your Paypal details and click 'login or create an account’.  If you need to make a change simply click Cancel and Return to Ping and Sassy LLC and you will be re-directed back to the shopping cart.

An order confirmation will be emailed to the customer once the order has been placed. If there are any unexpected delays with your shipment or the item is backordered or out of stock you will be notified immediately via email.

We are unable to cancel orders after they have been shipped. If you need to cancel an order please do so as soon as possible or at least by 5:00pm EST on the day your order was placed. A cancelled order confirmation will be emailed to the customer. If your order is not cancelled by 5:00pm the order will be processed and shipped out as scheduled. Also, a 10% restocking fee may be assessed if the order was cancelled after it has been processed.
